Friday, 27th January, 1962 The Beatles played three gigs today. They played at The Cavern at lunch-time and in the evening. Following the two Cavern gigs The Beatles headed across the River Mersey to New Brighton, Wallasey to finish off the night with another performance at the Tower Ballroom
