The Beatles continued their Scottish tour with a perfomance at the Museum Hall on Henderson Street in the town of Bridge of Allan.
Meanwhile back in Liverpool the Liverpool Echo newspaper’s music crtic “Disker” reviews the upcoming Please, Please Me at length. “Disker” was in fact Tony Barrow, who was also the Beatles press officer.

The Beatles played a night time gig at The Cavern. Among the audience were George Martin and his assistant, Judy Lockhart-Smith, who were investigating the possibilty of doing a live recording at The Beatles “home” venue.
