Elvis Sues The Beatles
According to the UK’s Daily Express the owner of an Elvis memorabilia shop lost his bid to get a court to evict a man running a Beatles museum in his basement. Sid Shaw, 61, who runs Elvisly Yours on London’s Baker Street, wanted Howard Cohen out so he could throw a party on the 30th anniversary of Presley’s death on Thursday. But Mr Cohen, 47, owner of the London Beatles Store, refuses to budge, insisting he has a rental agreement until the end of the year.
