NYT Looks At Self-Publishing The Fab Four

Today’s prestigious book section of the New York Times looks at the growing number of self-published Beatles books.

Rather than looking down on these “home grown” efforts the well written and balanced article highlights the research and detail that has transformed some Beatles fans into well respected writers and researchers.

As I this was the route I took with my own research and eventual publication of “Before They Were Beatles,” it’s great to see this area of Beatles scholarship getting some mainstream exposure and attention.
