BEATLES – Day By Day – 11/27/62

Tuesday, 27th November, 1962

The Beatles recorded their first session for BBC Radio in London. Rehersals at the BBC’s Paris Studio, located on Regent Street in the city center, started at 4:00pm with recording in front of a live studio audience for the show,The Talent Spot, taking place between 7:00pm and 8:00pm.

The Beatles were introduced by show host Gary Marshal and performed Love Me Do, PS I Love You and Twist And Shout.

The show would be broadcast a few days later.
